What are the office hours?
Currently there is no site office. There will be a kiosk to rent from and a help phone number available from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Monday through Saturday
When am I able to access my storage?
We offer 24 hour access.
What types of units do you offer?
We offer heated storage units that protect your belongings from the growth of mold and mildew. You won’t have to concern yourself with possible damage from outdoor elements.
What leases are offered?
Our leases are month-to-month, so tenants are able to keep their unit for as long as they need.
What other fees is there when renting a Unit?
Our leases are the monthly rental charge plus GST when your account is up to date. There are no deposits required. There is a one time Admin fee of 25.00 paid when you first sign up.
How do I make a payment?
Our online bill pay system makes it easy to keep up with your monthly payments. Feel free to sign up for autopay and we’ll be able to deduct your payments from a checking account on the same day each month.
What am I not allowed to store?
Never store anything perishable, flammable, plants, live animals, illegal drugs, or weapons. For additional questions about what you can and can’t store, contact us.
When can I move into my unit?
As long as the unit you reserved is available, you’ll be able to move in as soon as possible.
What security features are in place?
Our facility is under 24 hour video surveillance and we have coded gate access. Only tenants who are on the lease have access inside of your unit. Enter your personal code into the keypad at the gate.
